Survival Tip: Make your own Natural Fiber Tinder Bundles for practice blowing EMBER to FLAME!

Jute Twine is a natural fiber cordage and is perfect for practicing blowing a small ember into a flame!  Jute Twine is available in the craft section at nearly any store.  You can find large rolls at Jo-Anne Fabrics and Hobby Lobby.  Cut this into 4 inch lengths to keep in your Bug Out Bag Fire Kit!  To make Jute Twine into a Tinder Bundle simply tear apart the lengths and “fuzz up” all of the individual fibers.  Now you are ready to dump in your EMBER.
